Commercial: Projects Completed.
Project Overview

PriVida Power Limited has completed a diverse portfolio of commercial solar projects supporting financial services, telecommunications, healthcare, education, and institutional infrastructure. These projects were designed to deliver reliable, uninterrupted electricity for critical operations while reducing operating costs and dependence on grid and diesel-based power sources.
A key completed commercial project is the 1 MWp Building Integrated Photovoltaic (BIPV) installation at the Sterling Bank Headquarters in Marina, Lagos. The project integrates solar generation directly into the building envelope, supplying on-site electricity that improves energy efficiency, reduces grid dependence, and delivers measurable environmental benefits.
PriVida has also completed solar-hybrid power solutions for telecommunications towers operated by IHS Towers and American Tower Corporation, integrating tower infrastructure into existing Mini-Grid systems to ensure continuous power supply. In addition, the company has delivered solar street lighting projects across multiple tertiary institutions, improving campus safety, visibility, and night-time mobility.
Further completed commercial installations include solar solutions for healthcare facilities and ATM sites across multiple states in Nigeria. Collectively, these projects demonstrate PriVida’s capability to design and deliver reliable, scalable solar solutions for mission-critical commercial and institutional applications.
Building Integrated Photovoltaic (BIPV) Project.
The Sterling Bank Headquarters, located in Marina, Lagos, Nigeria, this 1 MWp Building Integrated Photovoltaic (BIPV) project developed by PriVida Power Limited demonstrates our expertise in integrating renewable energy systems into complex commercial and institutional buildings. The installation was designed to seamlessly combine architectural intent with renewable energy performance, delivering clean power without compromising structural integrity or aesthetics.
The project serves office operations, supplying reliable on-site electricity that reduces grid dependence, lowers energy costs, and enhances overall building energy efficiency. By integrating solar-generating façade and rooftop elements directly into the building envelope, the system transforms the asset into an energy-producing structure while maintaining its visual and functional design requirements.
Project execution required close coordination between architectural, structural, and electrical disciplines, ensuring full compliance with applicable building codes and engineering standards.
With an estimated annual energy generation 1,547,100kWh/year, the BIPV system delivers measurable environmental benefits, including annual CO₂ emission reductions of approximately 544.12 tCO₂/year. These outcomes contribute to improved sustainability performance, reduced operational emissions, and alignment with corporate and national clean energy objectives. This BIPV project reflects PriVida Power Limited’s integrated approach to renewable energy delivery combining advanced engineering, architectural integration, and disciplined execution to deliver high-performance, visually integrated solar solutions that create long-term economic and environmental value.
