Omozaphue Akalumhe is a senior energy and development professional with over 30 years of experience in natural resources management, energy consulting, and organizational transformation. He has held board and executive roles at Shell, Accenture, AOS Orwell, and Pan Ocean, leading large-scale energy initiatives across Africa, Europe, and the United States. He holds degrees from Cranfield University and the University of Ibadan and is an active member of several international renewable energy and business institutions. 

Anthony Usifo – Managing Director

Anthony Usifo is an accomplished energy and human capital professional with over 23 years of experience across leadership, operations, and business transformation. He spent a significant part of his career at Shell, where he led multidisciplinary teams and transformation programs across Africa and Europe. Anthony holds advanced professional certifications in export management, negotiation, and operations management and is actively involved in professional and non-profit initiatives.

Christopher Iredele – Chief Information Officer (CIO)

Christopher Iredele is a technology entrepreneur and business leader with over 20 years of experience in IT, oil and gas, and business management. He has successfully founded and scaled technology companies delivering innovative software solutions to the financial and energy sectors. Christopher is passionate about innovation, performance improvement, and developing young technology talent.

Engr. Sarah Igologba – Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Engr. Sarah Igologba is a civil and structural engineer with over 8 years of experience delivering projects in the power and oil & gas sectors. She provides technical oversight for structural design and implementation, ensuring compliance with Nigerian and international standards. She holds a Master’s degree from Cranfield University (UK) and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.

Dr. Mohammed Hamadina – HSE & Environmental Impact Assessment Director

Dr. Mohammed Hamadina has over 30 years of experience in environmental management and project execution within the energy and infrastructure sectors. He has contributed to over 50 projects across multiple industries and brings deep expertise in sustainability, environmental compliance, and impact assessment.

Emmanuel Ogwuche- Technical & Operations Manager

Emmanuel Ogwuche is a renewable energy professional with over 8 years of experience deploying solar mini-grids across Nigeria, Cameroon, and Zimbabwe. He has delivered over 31 operational mini-grid projects generating significant revenue and qualifying for performance-based grants under national electrification programs. He combines strong technical expertise with operational leadership.

Sandra George- Design & Engineering Manager

Sandra George is a renewable energy engineer with 8 years of experience delivering BIPV, mini-grid, interconnected mini-grid, and utility-scale solar projects. She specializes in Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) and oversees projects across the full lifecycle from feasibility to commissioning. Sandra is also known for mentoring young engineers and driving innovation.

 Oluwabusolami Elizabeth Adesina – HR and Administration Lead.

Busola Adesina is a detail-oriented professional with experience in human resources support, administrative coordination, and operational documentation within the energy and sustainability sector. She supports organizational effectiveness through accurate record-keeping, structured reporting, and efficient coordination across multidisciplinary teams. Busola is recognized for her professionalism, discretion, and commitment to process efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Emmanuel Olaoluwa Afolabi – Finance Manager

Emmanuel Olaoluwa Afolabi is a Chartered Accountant (ICAN) with experience in financial strategy, risk management, and business performance. He supports renewable energy projects through cost optimization, revenue management, and investment structuring, ensuring strong financial and operational outcomes.

Priscilla Iseoluwa Omogbemi- Business & Financial Analyst

Priscilla Omogbemi is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) with strong expertise in financial analysis and renewable energy project finance. She plays a key role in ensuring financial viability, sustainability, and compliance across projects, supporting informed investment and business decisions.

Anthony Chidozie Agu – Commercial and SCM Manager

Anthony Agu is a Commercial Lead at PriVida with a background in Accounting and Finance and a growing focus on the commercial and operational delivery of renewable energy projects. He supports project execution by working closely with technical and project teams, applying financial discipline, commercial insight, and operational coordination to drive effective outcomes. Anthony is building expertise at the intersection of finance, business operations, and sustainable energy, with a strong commitment to scalable, long-term renewable energy solutions across Africa.

Abdulazeez Musa- Engineering & Design Manager

Abdulazeez Musa is a First-Class Mechanical Engineering graduate with strong expertise in design, simulation, and system optimization. His experience includes advanced engineering work at CERN and renewable energy system optimization at PriVida Power Limited.

Ojiruen Idiegbeyaose Christabel- Senior Technical Analyst

Christabel Oiruen is a detail-oriented electrical and electronics engineer with strong analytical skills. She supports system analysis and design while contributing innovative solutions to renewable energy projects.

Amarachukwu Okorie – Technical Design Lead (Electrical)

Amarachukwu Okorie is a renewable energy engineer with a background in electrical and electronics engineering. He specializes in solar PV system design and power analysis, bringing experience from national grid operations and data-driven engineering solutions.

Michael Paul- Electrical Power & Automation Lead 

Engr. Michael Paul is a seasoned Electrical /renewable Energy Engineer, with over a decade of experience in the Renewable Energy Sector. He has spearheaded a plethora of Solar and Electrical projects across the country, both domestic and industrial, including the only Building Integrated Photovoltaic installation, to date, in the country, The Sterling Bank HQ BIPV Project. He is a COREN Certified Electrical Engineer, with deep and insightful experience and knowledge of the Mini-Grid and renewable energy sector. He is also a tested and Internationally Certified Project Manager with a ‘Project Management Professional’ Certification (PMP) from The Project Management Institute. Engr. Michael Paul has a 96 percent Project Success rate on his belt. 

Joshua Oyarekhua Balogun- Project Coordinator

Joshua Balogun is an experienced IT and digital solutions professional with over five years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, web systems, automation, and technology-driven business solutions, supporting organizations in deploying efficient, scalable, and user-focused digital platforms.

Mathew Alih is a customer acquisition professional with experience in site analysis, client engagement, and market development. He supports data-driven decision-making and customer growth initiatives.

Friday Ogwuche is an electrical engineer with experience in renewable energy installation, maintenance, and project support. His background spans industrial maintenance, solar deployment, and technical field operations.

Sunday Mathew- Field Engineer

Musa Augustine Chubiyojo is a site technician with experience in solar system installation, operations, and maintenance, supported by a strong background in electrical troubleshooting and IT support. He currently works with PriVida Power Limited, providing on-site technical support for power projects. Musa holds a Higher National Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the Federal Polytechnic Idah and brings a practical, solution-oriented approach to site operations and maintenance

Augustine Chubiuyo Musa- Field Engineer

Mathew Sunday is an electrical and site engineer with practical experience in power systems maintenance, construction supervision, and project execution. He has worked in educational, commercial, and engineering environments, building a strong foundation in electrical works, site coordination, and operational support. He previously served as a Maintenance Electrical Engineer and Teaching Staff at FGGC Lejja, Nsukka, and as a Building Supervisor for a church construction project in Bagaji, Kogi State. Mathew also has experience in electrical installations and team management. He currently works with PriVida Power Limited as a Site Engineer, supporting the delivery of energy projects in line with technical and safety standards.
