PriVida has completed the deployment of over 2,000 Solar Home System units across residential households in Nigeria. . These completed residential projects have reduced reliance on kerosene lamps and petrol generators, lowered household energy costs, improved indoor air quality, and enhanced overall household comfort and safety.

Each PriVida SHS is a compact, cost-effective solar solution equipped with high-efficiency LED lights, DC-compatible appliances such as fans for indoor cooling, and televisions that enable access to information, education, and entertainment. Built with durable, energy-efficient components, the systems are designed to deliver consistent power throughout the day and night, even in locations with no or unreliable grid supply.
The residential SHS deployments have delivered measurable social and economic benefits. PriVida has successfully completed the deployment of approximately 2,000 Solar Home System units across residential households, with a combined annual electricity generation capacity of about 129,600 kWh. In addition,, PriVida has independently completed SHS installations for around 10 private residences, delivering an estimated annual generation capacity of 105,300 kWh.
